WSRI was involved with this design-build reclamation project on two abandoned mines. The scope of work included the capping of mine waste tailings and rerouting water around contaminated areas. WSRI had to redirect water flows from old mine shafts into lined flow channels, line a creek bottom, rebuild a stream crossing, and build fences, then reseed and plant mine sites.
